A reflective space to explore your patterns, deepen self-awareness, and reconnect with yourself.
You May Be Noticing...
From the outside, your life may look steady.
You manage responsibilities. You show up. You care deeply about doing things well.
And yet, something inside feels unsettled.
A quiet sense that you’re repeating something.
You might find yourself thinking:
It’s an awareness beginning to open.

And yet, something inside feels unsettled.
A quiet sense that you’re repeating something.
You might find yourself thinking:
- “I’m not happy with where I am.”
- “I know something needs to shift — and it has to start with me.”
- “I understand my patterns, but I still feel stuck in them.”
- “I want to feel more like myself.”
It’s an awareness beginning to open.
A gentle first step — no pressure, just a conversation
My Approach
|
I am a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist. I offer relational psychotherapy that weaves together thoughtful reflection with gentle attention to your lived, embodied experience.
We explore the patterns that have shaped you — how they developed, how they helped you cope, and how they may now be limiting you. Insight matters. Understanding your history matters. Change deepens when you can both make sense of your patterns and feel what is happening in your body and nervous system as they unfold. This creates more space — space to pause, to choose, and to respond differently. |
I, Amreeta Kaur, affirm that we are all treaty people and acknowledge that my practice is located on the lands of two treaties. These treaties have been signed with the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation and the First Nations of the Williams Treaties who are: the Mississaugas of Alderville, Curve Lake, Hiawatha, Scugog Island; and the Chippewas of Beausoleil, Rama, and Georgina Island who is our closest neighbour and partner.
